First, of course I have tried all of Taza's chocolate bars, many times over!!! No point in writing about chocolate from an intellectual's armchair. And you bring up a good point. Taza chocolate is available retail at a variety of places, including at our shop, The Meadow, in Portland Oregon, and online at www.atthemeadow.com. I have suggested that they list the companies selling their chocolate on their website (not sure why it should be kept a secret), but so far they have not done so.

I'd love to taste this unique chocolate. I've been pretty loyal to the Abuelita's brand, mainly because it's the easiest to find in the supermarkets around here. In checking the Taza website, it says it is only avilable through their site or in the New England area. My brother lives in Mystic CT, I think I'll call him and see if he's seen it at the stores. Great review. Have you tried it?
