		<description>I would never before have contemplated chocolate with any sort of saltiness until a few months ago when I bought a specialty bar of chocolate with sea salt in it. I was skeptical at first but honestly I was amazed at the contrast of the chocolate and the salt and how deliciously the salt brought out the flavor in the chocolate even more.</description>

		<description>What great detail.  Thank you for sharing what you learned.   It is interesting that big blocks from Venchi and Carallo take salt much better than the likes of Cluziel.  Fruit and chocolate make for an unbelievable pair.</description>
